Meet Our Team
Bay Area Dental possesses one of the most experienced dental teams in the area. We take pride in being friendly, experienced, accommodating and well-trained. We take the time to get to know our patients and ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience.
Meet Angie,
Our Finance Coordinator
With 35 years of experience in dentistry, Angie brings a unique combination of clinical knowledge and financial expertise to our team. As a longtime member of our practice, she enjoys helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their dental care. Angie takes pride in explaining treatment plans, answering questions, and helping patients understand their dental insurance benefits. A former certified dental assistant, EMT, and CPR-certified professional, she uses her extensive experience to support patients every step of the way.
Outside the office, Angie loves spending time with her family, including her two adult children, two grandchildren, and another grandchild on the way. She also enjoys sketching, watercolor painting, journaling, cooking, strength training, and reading more than 100 books each year.

Meet Connie,
Our Scheduling Coordinator
Connie enjoys being one of the first friendly faces patients connect with, helping make every dental visit a positive experience from the very first phone call. As Scheduling Coordinator and a CPR-certified team member, she loves helping patients stay on track with their dental goals and celebrating their healthy, confident smiles. Connie takes pride in creating a welcoming experience while assisting with appointments and follow-up care.
Outside the office, Connie enjoys attending fitness classes and spending time with her fitness community at special events.
Meet Barb,
Our Registered Dental Hygienist
With more than 36 years of experience as a registered dental hygienist, Barb brings warmth, knowledge, and a personal touch to our team. She loves helping patients feel comfortable while educating them on the connection between oral health and overall wellness. Known as a social butterfly and proud local community member, Barb enjoys building lasting relationships and helping patients feel more confident in their smiles.
Barb graduated from Havre de Grace High School and West Virginia Institute of Technology. Before becoming a hygienist, she worked as a dental assistant and has spent her career caring for patients at several respected local practices.
Outside the office, Barb enjoys spending time with her husband Michael, their children and grandchildren, as well as gardening, reading, bicycling, hiking, boating, and traveling. She is also involved in volunteer work with the city of Aberdeen and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
Meet Megan,
Our Registered Dental Hygienist
Megan has been working in dentistry for nearly a decade and has been part of our practice for many years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland and is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles and overall health. Megan enjoys educating patients on ways to improve their oral health while helping them feel comfortable and overcome dental fears.
After receiving encouragement from her longtime dental hygienist, Megan discovered her passion for the profession and knew she wanted to help others feel good about their smiles and health.
Outside the office, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, staying active, and playing with their goldendoodle, Theo.
Meet Jennifer,
Our Registered Dental Hygienist
With more than 30 years of experience in dentistry, Jennifer brings a caring and compassionate approach to patient care. She has been part of our practice for several years and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, respected, and informed during every visit. Jennifer is passionate about combining clinical care with communication and education while encouraging patients to take an active role in their oral health.
Jennifer earned her Associate in Applied Science degree from Middlesex County College in New Jersey. Her interest in dentistry began in high school while taking a dental laboratory class, where she discovered her passion for the field and knew she wanted to work directly with patients in a clinical setting.
Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, their two sons, and their two dogs.
Meet Cathy,
Our Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)
With 30 years of experience in dentistry, Cathy brings skill, compassion, and dedication to our team. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. One of her favorite moments is handing patients a mirror and seeing how much they love their new smile.
Cathy is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and is certified by the Maryland State Boards in Radiology while also holding CPR and AED certifications. Inspired by her longtime interest in healthcare, she takes pride in being part of a team committed to providing a high level of care and excellence for every patient.
Outside the office, Cathy enjoys working out, skiing, attending football and basketball games, and spending time with her family.
Meet Abby,
Our Dental ASsIStANT
Abby began her career in dentistry after completing the Dental Assisting Program at Harford Community College. She is certified in radiology and CPR and enjoys being part of a team that helps patients feel confident in their smiles. Abby is passionate about making a positive difference in patients’ lives while continuing to grow her skills and experience in the dental field.
She enjoys connecting with patients by creating a friendly, compassionate, and comfortable environment during every visit. Helping patients feel at ease and building trust are some of her favorite parts of dentistry.
Outside the office, Abby enjoys spending time outdoors at the beach, swimming, fishing, playing yard games, and being with friends and family whenever she can.
